Warranty Coverage

AIO Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a warranty for our products and services in accordance with Australian consumer law. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

What is Covered

This warranty covers: Manufacturing defects or faulty materials Malfunctions that occur during normal operation Services that were not performed to the agreed standard

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations Normal wear and tear Loss or damage due to external factors such as power surges, water, fire, or environmental conditions

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim: Contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Follow instructions provided for returning the product or documenting the issue. We may repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion, in compliance with Australian consumer law.

Additional Information

This warranty is in addition to rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumers are entitled to remedies for major failures, including repair, replacement, or refund. Any returns must follow our instructions and be shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet warranty requirements.
